Interface Final Project December 15
About myself:
I am a 3rd year Graphic Design student at CCA. I transferred from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto, Canada with a diploma in Digital Media Arts. Additionally, I have a Master’s Degree in Philology and Literature from Kalmyk State University, Russia. I am interested in Interactive Video Installation.
1.’New American Backyard’ series
The book and multi media installation is my reflections on the rapid growth of urbanization with the focus on juxtaposition of what is now what is coming, chaps and order, grid and distortion. Also I explore the themes of similarity, pattern and repetition of new fast growing ‘luxurious’ Bay Area suburbs.

Firewall (Interactive Media Installation) / Aaron Sherwood x Mike Allison
Inspired by Aaron Sherwood, I would like to create Interactive Media Installation using Processing, Arduino, Kinect, and a stretching membrane.
Also, by making physical pixels out of wood/plastic or using cards I can create an interactive “mirror” or “lamp”. Videos of inspiration are below.
